Each year, the American Rental Association features webinars that are relevant to all industry segments in the Winter Webinar Series. 

In the 2015-2016 selections, our experts will discuss topics such as increasing operational inefficiencies and the importance of professional telephone skills.

Each webinar is 75 minutes long and costs just US$35 per computer connection for CRA/ARA members. The cost for prospective members is US$105. Purchasers can access the archived version at no additional cost through Dec. 31, 2016.
