Admission to Canadian Rental Association trade shows is permitted only to CRA Rental Store Members and prospective members. For more information please contact the CRA Head Office.

To all exhibitors; Exhibit Space Contract MUST be sent to CRA H.O. for approval prior to registering your booth personnel.

Please note only your Booth Captain can register all staff. All Booth Captains received a link via email to register staff for badges, meals, banquet and sponsorship opportunities. Deadline for meals and staff registration is January 28th. If you do not know who your Booth Captain is, please contact us via email at info@crarental.org.

A copy of Liability and Insurance certificate must be sent to H.O. prior to exhibiting.

Booths - each 10' x 10' is $500+HST

Show-Only Special Registration - We believe a Show-Only Special can be a big draw. This is up and above your regular promotions that are offered through the season. What are Show-Only specials? It could be Prize drawings, giveaways or any other creative idea you have! If you decide to participate, CRA will support you for your extensive participation. See details on the registration website.
